I threw together a refrigerator soup.
Ever make one?
A little of this and that
I found 10 meatballs, some butternut squash, onion, garlic,spinach and diced up 3 tomatoes
Then added yellow pepper
Parsley, cumin,thyme,celery seed and black pepper
Yum
Dinner for a few nights plus I shared with a friend
Glad I wrote it here for future reference in case I want to make it again
I throw a lot of stuff like this in the crockpot - can't go wrong.

ReplyDeleteWhenever I make soup, there is usually so much, I end up dividing it up and freezing it. Most of the time I have at least 8 servings.
