Yesterday bear brother was over and cut down a tree for me
We weeded a little in my garden
And I found a tulip
I knew I had some but they were buried
In the daffodils
2 pretty red ones and a yellow one that's not out yet
He brought me tomatoes peppers and some onions
The onions will go out today hopefully
The others maybe next
week
Then I ironed my woven blocks
There was a hefty stack
How's your weekend going?
So far so good; we are watching F1 racing in the morning and tom got us Dunkin Donuts!! What a treat;)))

I mowed the grass for the first time yesterday but it is too early to plant anything here. Possible frost Tuesday night. Now back to sewing...
ReplyDelete🌻🌞 Beautiful stack of blocks! That's a lot of sewing! 🌷 Your tulip is very pretty. 🌱🍅🫑🧅🌱 Your vegetable plants look so healthy & strong! I planted a few plants about a week ago. I also planted a few pieces of garlic, even though I was supposed to plant it last fall. I'm getting a head start on this fall. 🌝 🧄 The garlic are about 3 inches tall. 🌱 I started some microgreens too in a pyrex dish from the thrift store. Microgreens are good on so many things! 🦋 Growing things is awesome & rewarding. 🌷🌷
ReplyDeleteWe are 80 today, but are forecast to be only in the low 40s this week freezing overnight, so no planting here until at least mid to the end of May.
ReplyDeleteThat is one healthy looking tulip. Your stack of woven blocks is really getting big!
