ReplyDeleteYou will enjoy the pressure canning, I know I do, when I have time. I am sure there is what they call an extension agency website for Mass. They have awesome ideas, tips, and trick, as well as recipes for canning.
ReplyDeletemy mom, aunts and great-grandmother canned nearly everything but the thing i miss most is my aunt's mustard pickles...oh they were good!
