Its a sweet spicy pickle spiced with i think cinnamon if i remember right
Gotta dig out my recipe and make a batch

I have heard of it, but never tasted it. But I am not a huge fan of watermelon. Cute block.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE watermelon; my Grand-mere used to make watermelon rind pickles--so delish!! When I think of all she did without any modern day helpers like we have, I am so amazed--AND she was always so happy, too.
