I tried to paint a pair of cardinals on slate coasters
Earlier in the year
At Wal-Mart I found one package of 2 coasters
And grabbed them
Here is the male cardinal

I need to tweak my painting a little but not too bad
I wish I had more coasters
Need to find a large slate and paint up something I think sis in law would like
Do you paint and have other crafty HOBBIES?

ReplyDeleteI did try watercolor a few years ago, but not since. My efforts didn't come out at all like I had imagined--ugh!! Anyway--I like to make junk journals (including binding them) and covers for them. I used to do scrapbooking a whole lot but no more--all our photos are on phones it seems...

Those are wonderful! I used to paint but I stopped quite a few years ago. I mostly quilt, cross stitch knit and love to read and watch tv. You always make such nice things. Hugs,
ReplyDeleteNope other than quilting, and some crochet, perhaps a poor attempt at knitting, the only other hobbies I have are gardening, and oh I love baking and cooking.
