A successful first day
I started early to keep things as cool as I can
Now gotta prep for garlic jelly, onion jelly, and apricot Rosemary
Grape and apple are also on the list
So is relish
These can all be warerbath canned
Then I will try carrots and greenbeans in the pressure canner
My car goes back to garage tomorrow
Ughhhhh
Anyone have a horse I can buy?
