I still send them out because it is good to get fun mail instead of bills and junk

And after the elephant glove i decided to go online and see what else I could make of that yarn

I found a slouch hat pattern

In no time it was done

Easy and cute

Two projects off the to do.list

I wont want to go to work next week for sure

More 2020 fun

 

Anyone else feel like 2020 is messing with them?

I decided i would look at the gloves and see. 4 rounds of granny square 

Then row and join of outside color

Seems simple enough right?

Nope

This would fit an elephant

My grannys started out ok

But they are huge

Unfortunately you make 4 grannys to make the 2 gloves.

I called my pharmacy. Wheres my eye drops? They went back and forth but said it was resolved days ago

Well it wasnt

They need to contact the doctor 

Because same drop in left and right eye

Are you kidding me?

Then she says even when we get it cleared up we dont have the drops

I have been a week already  without them

What the hell is wrong with people

Medicines are not to be fooled around with

If the dr sends in and you dont have it do you think it might be important enough to tell him if there is a plan b?

Its my eyes you stupid fool

One week to tell him in UNACCEPTABLE in my eyes

Am i wrong???

This world is sooooo full of stupid people 

We are doomed

Does anyone know of a pattern for these?

I wanted to make some for gifts

Looks like a small granny start

But i dont know how to make the wrist rib and thumb area

They would be cute with a scarf or headband as a set and i have a stash of yarn to use

If you can point me in the right direction i would be grateful

Trying to sleep the other night all snuggled with my buddy Dunkin  and we hear waaaaaaaare.  Waaaaaare and bright lights in the window.then as they rounded the corner they blew the firetruck whistle.

Well that was enough to scare the beejeebies out of Dunkin.

He has had a tough week.

Mama got her eye operated on

He got caught in the reclining chair workings

This firetruck makes loud nouses 

And there is an outside cat mom and dad are feeding

Stress to the max for my poor buddy

Hopefully today we can rest up

These are my nieces with my Dad a few years ago

Emily who just turned 18. She is our softball champion

Kayla who is due with a baby girl on Valentines which is the day after my Dads birthday.   She runs her own daycare in a home she and her husband bought and fixed up. She has a mortgage under 20000 and her home looks like Chip and Joanna designed it. Beautiful.

Brittany our studying pharmacist  she and her fiance just bought a house

And Alicia who got married last year. She is a manager in a dental practice and my sewing buddy

These gals have bithdays Aug 12, sept 21, oct 7, and 25th and nov 1st and now anniversaries oct 8 and oct 31

They keep us on our toes. Love them to pieces. They were all concerned about my surgery and recovery.

How do they grow up so fast when I am not any older???
