6 am yesterday morning ugh

This is the scene out my sewing room window

Snow started at 3am and by 6am there was a good amount

Work called off and if not I would have called in

Not worth it for not being busy

See dad's wishing well and a plant hook

The side view out my door

The cars already piled high

With snow

So shovel shovel shovel is the mantra for the day

Any of you folks in warm climates want a shipment of this?

My new normal

As I try to get back to things this is my new normal

A clingy kitty

Mommy don't go anywhere

I kid you not 

He would always play or want a belly rub but then would run off 

Not any more

He lays on my feet so I stay put

When I drink my coffee this is the scene

Yep. Full flop on me

My feet. My head.  My lap

Crazy kitty

He misses his daddy too.....

I hope he gets used to being alone in the day

I feel so bad

But I don't think he would tolerate another kitty taking my attention

Got some amaryllis on sale at Walmart

Tonight Rich also made his presence known

I was watching a farm video that had hunters on his land without permission

About halfway thru a comment out of 1000 comments popped up

From.  My beloved Rich from last Sept

He was letting me know he was OK

He used to say when he died he was gonna build a farmhouse in heaven for us

What are the odds I watched that video where he commented and it was about life on the farm

Coincidence I don't think so. 

1953 was a good year

Today Gonna make another batch of these and freeze

Knitting and sewing

Found some geese in red and black

Maybe a cute zip bag is in my future

All these knitters have inspired me

I had some of this done in a k2p2 rib that I was going to make into a scarf

But if I close one end and the sides I think I can have warm tube socks

I just need to approximate the length and make a twin
